TAAM Return and Refund Policy
Overview
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, we are happy to accept the return within 30 days of the purchase. We can't process refunds or returns after 30 days due to the food nature of our products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to its original packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable
Please use our return form to request a return and we will process your refund within 72 hours.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date

- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence for assessment and assistance.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return or discuss any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide them with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, providing you with any necessary instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.
- Please ensure that the returned item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within three days (72 hours).
- Please note that any shipping fees incurred for the original purchase will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges:
- If you received the wrong product or need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your order arrives with damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) to assist with the resolution process.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item(s), including any applicable shipping fees.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of our products, the following items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Perishable food products
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or digital downloads

- We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item and the return is being processed. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours after processing, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check with your credit card provider, it may take some time before transactions are posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is deposited.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can only exchange an item for the same item. Please use the return form and select exchange from the reason drop-down. We will process your exchange within 48 hours.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
